Conduct
-The commissioner must be 18 years of age or older.
-All parties are expected to write in a clear, concise, and polite manner
-All Relevant reference material and requirements must be provided before any work begins or payment has been submitted
-Clear, detailed communication must be present at all times in order to create the desired interpretation of the piece.
-The artist reserves the right to change any rules or guidelines of this TOS at any time, with or without a reason.
-The artist reserves the right to display artwork in personal galleries
-Violation of the TOS may result in the commission piece being turned down or refunded.Payment
-Payment is only accepted in USD
-Payment can be made via PayPalProccess
-Fill out the Google form when commissions are open, give a detailed description of what you’d like made. You will be contacted shortly after your request has been reviewed, and the process will begin from there.
-The duration of time for a piece to be finished, from payment to the production of the piece, will vary. (Expect delays)Average wait time is around 1-2 weeks
-If circumstances arise that permit delays in the creation of a piece, the client will be informed.Revisions
-The Subject of a piece CAN NOT BE CHANGED once payment has been submitted.
-Sketch phase changes are permitted to a maximum of 8 total free changes. Further revisions will result in fees comparable to the workload
-The artist reserves the right to refuse revisions if they fall outside of the guidelines of the rules
-No revisions will be conducted once the piece is considered finishedCancelation + Refund
-The artist reserves the right to cancel work on any project or piece, and refund the appropriate deposit at any time, with or without a reason.
-If the client is not satisfied with the results of the work, there is a 24-hour refund widnow that can be requested upon the finalization of the piece. The client will receive 30% of the deposit in return. The remaining deposit will be returned to the artist to cover for resources and time spent working on the piece. Requesting a refund after the 24-hour window has passed will not be acknowledged.
-If the client cancels the commission during the process of creating the piece, they will receive 50% of the deposit in return. The remaining deposit will be returned to the artist to cover for resources and time spent working on the piece.Copyright policy
-The artist, 'Krafer S. Crustacean', will hold copyrights to the pieces created at all periods following payment and creation of the pieces.
-Clients do not withhold the rights to trace, claim, copy, or sell artwork produced by the artist. This includes the editing of the artist's watermark.
-Works created by the artist will not be used for commercial purposes (advertising, merchandising, etc.)
-Proper credit must be provided when reposting and sharing works created by, ’Krafer S. Crustacean.’-The reposting and subsequent sharing of works created by, 'Krafer S. Crustacean' , being reposted and shared on platforms that permit free use of content, learning algorithms for the use of training AI, is prohibited. (Ex. Do not post artist's works onto X formerly Twitter)
-Depictions of characters, media, and concepts created by the artist, 'Krafer S. Crustacean', without the acknowledgment or content of said artist is prohibited.
